Non-Refundable: The registration fee is completely non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
No Transfer: Registration fees cannot be transferred to another course or batch.
Before Course Commencement: If a student requests cancellation before the start of classes, the admission fee will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges.
After Course Commencement: No refund of admission fee will be provided once the course has started.
Before Course Start: 100% refund of tuition fee (excluding registration and admission fees) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before course commencement.
Within First Week: 75% refund of tuition fee if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of course commencement.
Within First Month: 50% refund of tuition fee if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of course commencement.
After One Month: No refund of tuition fee will be provided after 30 days from course commencement.
Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info.patliputrasuper30@gmail.com with student details and reason for cancellation.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of request approval.
Payment Method: Refunds will be made through the same payment mode used for the original transaction.
Study Materials: Cost of books, study materials, and test series provided to students is non-refundable.
Online Resources: Fees for online test series, video lectures, and digital resources are non-refundable once accessed.
Administrative Charges: Processing fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
Medical Reasons: In case of serious medical issues supported by valid medical certificates, the management may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Relocation: If a student relocates to another city due to unavoidable circumstances, supporting documents must be provided for refund consideration.
